1. Unbox and Verify Your Trezor Device

2. Visit trezor.io/start — The Official Setup Portal

Open your web browser and go to trezor.io/start. This is the official and safest place to download Trezor Suite, the desktop and web app used to manage your wallet.

Trezor Suite supports Windows, macOS, and Linux. Download the version that matches your operating system and install it.

After installation, open Trezor Suite and connect your device via the USB cable.

3. Initialize and Update Your Device

When connected, Trezor Suite will automatically detect your device. Follow these steps:

Click “Set up Trezor.”
Install the latest firmware if prompted.
Choose to create a new wallet or recover an existing one.
Follow on-screen instructions on both your computer and the device.

Tip: Don’t disconnect your device during firmware installation.

4. Create Your Recovery Seed
